Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Orders of 5 yards or more are considered wholesale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
  
• To ensure the right choice, we strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before purchasing yardage. Samples are shipped via express courier within 24 hours.

Exchange Conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested fabric is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or process a full refund.
  

Return and Exchange Process:

• Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary shipping details.
  
• After your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. Below are the guidelines for cancelling an order or changing your shipping address:

Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still return the item after delivery by following our return policy.

Address Change:

• If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

Processing Times:

• Fabric Samples: Shipped within 24 hours via express courier.
  
• Fabric Orders: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times:

• USA: 1–3 business days
  
• International: 3–6 business days

All orders are shipped with UPS or FedEx for faster and more reliable service.
